If your plants arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, our hassle-free return process is designed to help you find the perfect replacement for your home landscape.
Return Process
- 1.Initial Inspection
Examine your plants immediately upon arrival and document any concerns or transit damage with clear photographs.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 5 days of delivery to initiate your return request and share your order details.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your live items.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a store credit, refund, or ship out a healthy replacement plant.
