How are live plants shipped to ensure they arrive healthy?

We use specialized packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect the foliage. Most plants are shipped via expedited ground services to minimize time in transit and ensure they arrive fresh at your doorstep.

What is your 'Arrive Alive' guarantee?

We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health. If your plant is damaged or dead upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Do you offer seasonal planting advice for my specific zone?

Yes! Each product page includes a hardiness zone map. We recommend checking your local zone before purchasing to ensure the plant will thrive in your specific climate and soil conditions.

Can I return a plant if I change my mind?

Because plants are perishable living goods, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, for non-living items like tools or pots, you may return them within 30 days in original condition.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and leaves our nursery, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that we may delay shipping during extreme heat or cold to protect the plants.
